Synthetic H&E lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma images from four Stable Diffusion backbones, with and without LoRA fine-tuning (LungHist700)

32,800 synthetic H&E images of lung adenocarcinoma (ADC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) generated by Stable Diffusion v1.5, v2.1, SDXL, and SD 3 Medium, each with LoRA fine-tuning on a patient-level split of LungHist700 and without it (zero-shot), at every guidance scale tested, plus extra training seeds and color-transferred variants; the LoRA adapters, all result tables, and the patient-level split. Companion data of the paper A Comparison of Stable Diffusion Backbones With and Without LoRA Fine-Tuning for Synthetic H&E Lung Cancer Histopathology. README.md lists the contents, which images to use, the ranking of the models, and how the images were generated. The images are not validated by pathologists; they are for research only and must never be used for clinical diagnosis. The terms of each generating model's license apply (LICENSES.md).
