This dataset reports the valid options for each item in the Dyspnea CRF. The Dyspnea CRF is composed by 134 items, and each of them is assigned some valid options. The datasets contains two columns: item: the text representing the item itself, and options: the list of options that can be assigned to the item given a clinical note. When the string measured is in the options, it means that the respective item can be populated with any kind of text. This is the case for examination results. The result needs to be reported as the numerical value found in the clinical note text, with its unit of measure if reported in the clinical note. For example, the item spo has as options: [measured, unknown]. This means that such item can be popolated with any value found in the clinical note, or with unknown if not available.
