SMEX03: NWS Cooperative Observer Hourly Precipitation Data. Version 1.0

This data set contains hourly resolution precipitation data from the National Weather Service Cooperative Network. These stations are located across the SMEX03 region. This data set covers the period from 1 June to 31 July 2003.
