This study examines the effects of T cell-intrinsic VISTA deficency on the responses and repertoire of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells in preclinical melanoma models. Overall design: WildType (WT) and VISTA knockout (KO) Tcells from tumor tissue were analyzed using 10X genomics 5' kit including single cell gene expression with paired VDJ analysis.
