资源简介:
Tea have been widely grown in Guizhou province, China and the cultivation area in the region ranks first among all the provinces or cities in China. Tea leaf spot caused by Didymella segeticola was firstly found in Shiqian County, Guizhou Province, China. The disease widely occurred at the tea plantation with higher altitude, and the season of cold spell in later spring, which can decrease the quality and production of tea leaves. The sequence and functional annotation of the lncRNA and circRNA of tea (Camellia sinensis cultivar Fuding-Dabai Cha) leaves infected by D. segeticola strain CGMCC3.20152 (namely GZSQ-4) contribute to the future research on trait-specific genes of the pathogen, host-pathogen interactions and disease resistance in the tea host.
