Refute v0.4 Discover pilot: the five stage-2 dossiers (sealed, with annexes)

The five sealed stage-2 dossiers of the Refute v0.4 Discover pilot (two controls and three promoted targets), each with its core and every annex as of the sixth P5 anchor (calibration/v0.4/runs/p5_anchor-6.json of the repository), and the two run summaries, in v0.4-stage2-dossiers.zip (SHA-256 1613fdc589236033063869513cc1bc6bd82f87c075394b2c4fefeb5b7f509db7). Each dossier can be checked offline with refute check-dossier. The reproduction instructions are the annex reproduce-4 of each dossier. The two reproduction archives are available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23874043; the instructions identify the other input sources. No single license covers this record. Each component keeps its own terms, stated outside the archive's bytes in DATA_LICENSE.md; DATA_LICENSE-map.json lists each member that holds third-party values. Refute produces candidates and verdicts only; nothing here is a confirmed discovery.
