Local ancestry calls for admixed highland mexicana and maize landrace populations in Mexico

PLOS Genetics. <br>Data here includes posterior probability files of ancestry calls at ~426K ancestry-informative SNPs for individuals from 14 populations of maize and mexicana across Mexico, position information for these SNPs, metadata to identify samples and populations, genomewide ancestry estimates for all samples, input files to ancestry_hmm, and estimated population allele frequencies at these same SNPs.
