Supporting data and code for: Demographic and genetic impacts of powdery mildew in a young oak cohort

This is a new release following the first round of review of the final data and code for the article submitted for publication in 'PCI Forest and Wood Sciences'. It contains the necessary scripts to produce most of the analyses and figures of the manuscript. The main change from the previous version is the addition of a supplementary data set. Compared to v2, the 2.1 release corrects the organization and description of additional data sets.
