Angelica sinensis cultivar:Mingui 1 and Mingui 2 Transcriptome or Gene expression

Mingui 1 and Mingui 2 are the main varieties in Gansu Province,and their most obvious morphological characteristics are that the petiole and stemof the former are purple, while the petiole and stem of the latter aregreen.Combined with previous experiments, it is speculated that the colordifference is related to the transcriptional expression of flavonoidsbiosynthesis genes, but the key genes and molecular mechanisms regulatingflavonoids biosynthesis remain unclear. Herein,the expression differences ofanthocyanin regulatory genes betweenthe two kinds of Angelica sinensis wereidentified by comparing transcriptome technique and bioinformatics analysis,andthe key genes regulating flavonoids biosynthesis were screened.
