Single-cell RNA-Seq (scRNA-Seq) of mouse basal cell carcinoma (BCC) immune cells.

We used scRNA-Seq to examine BCC immune cell heterogeneity. Overall design: Mouse BCC tumors were dissociated, immune cell fractions isolated, and were processed for scRNA-Seq. For the Sample 1/ , the tumor was simply dissociated, FACS sorted for immune cells and processed for scRNA-Seq. For Sample 2/Mouse_BCC_CD45.2+ and Sample 3/Mouse_BCC_CD45.2-, transplanted tumor was dissociated, FACS sorted for immune cells and processed for scRNA-Seq.
