Dupilumab's Bidirectional Effects on Alopecia Areata: A Systematic Review

This dataset contains the extracted study- and patient-level data used in the systematic review, "Dupilumab's Bidirectional Effects on Alopecia Areata: A Systematic Review." Data were extracted from 56 eligible studies (109 patients) identified through a systematic search of PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science through May 15, 2026. Variables include study characteristics, patient demographics, indication for dupilumab, alopecia areata subtype and severity, treatment regimen, latency to hair loss or regrowth, Severity of Alopecia Tool (SALT) scores when available, concomitant therapies, dupilumab disposition, clinical outcomes, follow-up duration, and risk-of-bias assessments. These data were used to perform the descriptive analyses and narrative synthesis presented in the accompanying manuscript.本数据集包含了提取自系统综述《度普利尤单抗（dupilumab）对斑秃（alopecia areata）的双向作用：一项系统综述》的研究层面与患者层面数据。这些数据源自截至2026年5月15日，通过对PubMed/MEDLINE、Embase及Web of Science进行系统检索所筛选出的56项合格研究，共涉及109名患者。数据集涵盖的变量包括研究特征、患者人口统计学资料、度普利尤单抗用药指征、斑秃亚型与严重程度、治疗方案、脱发或毛发再生潜伏期、可获取的斑秃严重程度量表（Severity of Alopecia Tool, SALT）评分、伴随治疗方案、度普利尤单抗用药处置情况、临床结局、随访时长以及偏倚风险评估。本数据集用于完成配套手稿中呈现的描述性分析与叙事性综合研究。
