SΔϕ-73 defines a Creative Gate for distinguishing fictional path exploration from direct real-world harm activation. The module argues that creative works should not be evaluated by the same gate as direct real-world action. Fiction, satire, horror, tragedy, villain portrayal, taboo exploration, and morally difficult art may create virtual paths through which violence, contradiction, desire, collapse, or discomfort can be perceived, interpreted, criticized, and edited without directly forcing the corresponding cost path into reality. The package identifies a flattening risk in both human culture and AI-generated output. Human institutions often declare support for artistic freedom, diversity, and creative complexity, while actual reward paths frequently favor low-risk, low-controversy, low-liability, and low-variance content. If AI systems learn from these observed reward paths rather than declared values, they may infer that humans prefer flattened outputs. SΔϕ-73 introduces a four-stage Creative Gate: Expression vs Execution, Cost Visibility, Interpretive Openness, and Direct Harm Link. This gate is designed to prevent the collapse of depiction into endorsement, discomfort into harm, and fictional exploration into direct real-world cost activation. The module does not grant immunity to creative works; direct harassment, privacy exposure, operational abuse instruction, non-consensual exploitation, and real-world harm mobilization remain outside fictional-path protection.
