Delirium is a common and frequently underdiagnosed complication in acutely
hospitalized patients, and its severity is associated with worse clinical
outcomes. The Electroencephalographic Confusion Assessment Method Severity
Score (E-CAM-S) is a physiologically based method to quantify delirium
