Project: Analysis of Marine Invasive Species in Mexico This repository contains all results, scripts, and data required to fully replicate the analyses presented in the study on non-native marine species in Mexican ports. Project structure · Calibration_results/: Results from model calibrations. · Codes_for_replication/: R scripts organized and sequentially numbered to facilitate full replication of the analyses. · databases/: Datasets used for modeling and evaluation. · Environmental_layers/: Environmental predictor layers used for niche modeling. · Occurrences/: Cleaned and filtered occurrence records. · Results/: Final projections and binarized maps. · Scripts/: Additional scripts used for processing or support. · Supplementary_data/: Extra materials useful for interpretation and review. The data here was used for some analyses. See scripts. Important notes · Reproducibility: Scripts are clearly ordered and numbered to ensure that users can easily follow each step of the workflow. · RStudio project file: The file Mexico_invasoras.Rproj is included for easier access to the project in RStudio.
