We used single nuclei RNA seq to identify the pathways altered in the ABCD1-/y mouse, a model for Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and corrected with Elovl1 inhibition via CPD37. 6-month old WT, ABCD1 -/y mice were treated with CPD37 formulated to deliver 100mg/kg/day in feed, with accompanying controls. After treatment, the animals were sacrified and tissue from the brain and the spinal cord were isolated for single nuclei RNA-sequencing.
