Four Papers. Eleven Days. No Academic Background. Just an iPhone.
收藏资源简介:
Description This public evidence bundle accompanies the four-paper project “Four Papers. Eleven Days. No Academic Background. Just an iPhone.” The project documents how a non-credentialed independent author used domain expertise, adversarial AI collaboration, multi-model review, visual exhibit-building, and subtractive revision to produce a coherent body of research-grade work on elite esports performance, cultural-explanation literature, AI-assisted research workflow, and institutional feedback corruption. The four connected works are: Biological Sex Differences and Elite Competitive Gaming Performance — a biological-plus-funnel model of elite esports performance, focused on psychomotor substrate, training conversion, gamesense, competitive psychology, and extreme-tail selection. Biological Sex Differences and Elite Competitive Gaming: A Response to the Cultural Literature — a methodological critique of the dominant cultural explanations in esports gender literature, focusing on weak proxies, aggregate-baseline misuse, citation-network assumptions, and level-of-analysis errors. A Jobless High School Dropout Out-Researched an Academic Field in 11 Days on an iPhone — and Here’s the Receipts — a meta-paper documenting the AI-assisted workflow, model roles, human contributions, revision archaeology, failure modes, evidence bundle, and public-receipt strategy. The Pathologization of Excellence — an applied companion essay using League of Legends, learning science, grade inflation, and institutional ratchets to show how anti-merit systems corrupt feedback and flatten competitive funnels. This bundle does not attempt to publish every raw transcript or every intermediate file. Instead, it provides representative process evidence: milestone drafts, curation prompts, archaeology outputs, selected model-review receipts, screen-time screenshots, figure/table assets, render checks, source/status notes, and manifest files. The purpose is to make the workflow inspectable without overwhelming readers with an uncurated archive. The evidence bundle supports claims about process, not correctness. It documents how the papers were produced, revised, challenged, hardened, and organized. It does not prove that the substantive claims in the papers are correct, nor does it substitute for peer review, direct telemetry research, source verification, or empirical testing. The central methodological claim is that frontier AI systems can help domain experts outside formal institutions operationalize their expertise into inspectable scholarship — but only when paired with adversarial review, human editorial control, source discipline, model-role separation, voice restoration, and explicit falsifiability criteria. Contents The bundle includes: Public README / manifest files Bundle manifest and contents checklist Screen Time receipt math and mobile-workflow documentation Selected curation prompts and archaeology receipts Voice-restoration / anticipatory-compliance audit prompt Figure, table, and visual-exhibit assets Version-archaeology notes Duplicate/omitted-file logs Meta-paper update notes Evidence-bundle organization notes Suggested citation yungmulabay.
