Yield data of organic farming field trial with digestates in Switzerland 2018-2024 (Recycle4Bio)

This dataset is part of the database compiled as an outcome of Work Area 1 in project OrganicYieldsUP. Variable definitions can be found here: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15276082 In the field trial conducted under conditions of organic farming from 2018-2024, the effect of liquid and solid digestates from agricultural or commercial biogas plants in comparison to mineral N fertilizer and liquid manure on crop production, nitrogen use and soil quality were investigated. Biochar amendment of selected fertilizers was included as an additional factor.
