This dataset contains the supporting data underlying the conclusions of Debnath et al. (2026), “Calcium isotopes and apatite U-Pb geochronology as tracers of post-emplacement fluid reworking in carbonatites,” submitted to Journal of Geophysical Research: Solid Earth. The dataset includes the analytical and supporting data presented in Tables S1-S4 of the manuscript. These data include apatite U-Pb analytical data, whole-rock geochemical data, C-O isotope data and mass balance calculation data etc. The dataset is provided to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the data supporting the study.
