Transcriptome analysis of KSHV infected HUVECs after gain- and loss-of-function of hsa_circ_0001400

Human umbilical vein endothelial cells are treated either with siRNA or lentivirus to manipulate hsa_circ_0001400 transcript levels. Cells are then infected with KSHV (BAC16) at MOI of 1 for 3 days until total RNAs were collected for RNA-Seq. Overall design: Triplicates of HUVEC are treated with siRNA (negative control or circ_0001400 specific) or lentivirus (circGFP control or circ_0001400).
