Share of female graduates with STEM degrees in the UK 2015-2019, by subject

From the graduating year 2016 to the graduating year 2019, the percentage of female graduates in physical science-related degrees in the United Kingdom (UK) has increased by three percent. Other science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) subjects, such as mathematical sciences, engineering and tech, and computer science, have not seen such an increase over the years examined. Share of female graduates is the lowest when it comes to subjects such as engineering and tech as well as computer science, staying at around 15 percent of overall number of graduates in these subjects.

自2016年毕业年份至2019年毕业年份，英国（UK）物理科学相关学位的毕业生中女性比例增长了三个百分点。在考察的年份里，其他科学、技术、工程或数学（STEM）学科，如数学科学、工程技术以及计算机科学，并未观察到类似增长。在工程技术以及计算机科学等学科中，女性毕业生的比例最低，约占这些学科毕业生总数的15%左右。
