Identification of a unique subset of group 3 innate lymphoid cells in the lung vasculature of mice

Bulk RNA-sequencing of distinct ILC3 subpopulations sorted from murine lungs during steady state and bacterial infection. To investigate the functions of vILC3s and tILC3s, these cell subsets were sorted from the lungs of RORgt-eGFP report mice, based on their expression of RORgt-eGFP at steady state or from mice infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 72 hours. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of vILC3s and tILC3s, at steady state (no treatment (NT)) and from the lungs mice at 72 hours post-infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pa). Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for NT vILC3 vs NT tILC3s, Pa vILC3 vs Pa tILC3s, NT vILC3 vs Pa vILC3, and NT tILC3 vs Pa tILC3s.
