资源简介:
This project presents transcriptomic data from a co-culture of Brevundimonas diminuta R79 and Paracoccus shandongensis wg2 grown in a domestication medium optimized for polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) production. The goal of this study is to explore how interspecies interactions influence gene expression and metabolic pathways related to carbon assimilation and PHA biosynthesis. By analyzing differential gene expression under co-culture conditions, the study aims to uncover adaptive strategies and metabolic coordination between the two strains, providing foundational data for the design of efficient microbial consortia in biopolymer production and environmental biotechnology applications.
