Raw behavioral data supporting the publication "Transforming ureas into carbamates: From allosteric p38α MAPK ligands to dual BChE/p38α MAPK inhibitors"

This dataset contains the raw experimental data generated by the Polish research team within the framework of the National Science Centre (NCN), Poland, project No. UMO-2021/43/I/NZ7/00342. The dataset supports the publication Transforming ureas into carbamates: From allosteric p38α MAPK ligands to dual BChE/p38α MAPK inhibitors (Bioorganic Chemistry, 2025). The dataset includes original behavioral data generated by the Polish research team. Other experimental data reported in the associated publication (including medicinal chemistry, computational modeling, enzymatic assays, structural biology, physicochemical characterization and other in vitro experiments) were generated by collaborating institutions outside the scope of the NCN-funded project and are therefore not included in this dataset. The creators listed in this record are responsible for generating the data included in this dataset.
