Orthogonal Epistemic Framework (OEF) v1.1 Null Visibility and Formal Modeling of Informational Presence

This repository presents the Orthogonal Epistemic Framework (OEF), a formal andnon-operational architecture for modeling informational presence under conditionsof null or undefined visibility. The framework is epistemic in nature and is compatible with, yet orthogonal to,Cognitive Geometric Resonance (CGR). It does not implement or propose controlmechanisms, optimization processes, learning systems, agents, or autonomousdecision-making. OEF makes no empirical, physical, cognitive, biological, psychological,computational, or operational claims. As a foundational formal framework, itsevaluation is based on internal consistency, structural coherence, and conceptualapplicability, not on empirical falsifiability. Any interpretation or use beyond the explicitly defined formal, conceptual, andarchitectural scope is excluded and considered out of scope.
