Genome-wide association study identifies two risk loci for tuberculosis in Han Chinese

We performed a multistage genome-wide association study on 2,949 pulmonary TB patients and 5,090 healthy controls (833 cases and 1,220 controls were genome-wide genotyped in discovery stage) from Han Chinese population. The summary data for the discovery stage from the published study is available in this site, as well as gwas.bio-x.cn and analysis.bio-x.cn/gwas, for download.
