资源简介:
This dataset contains oceanographic data collected during the Alaska Department of Fish and Game's Offshore Test Fishery in Cook Inlet during July 2003. A towed platform, equipped with an SBE Microcat CTD, an ADCP, and Biosonics sonar, was used to profile ocean conditions between six stations located from Anchor Point to Red River. The goal of the survey was to explore potential relationships between oceanographic conditions and the timing of salmon returns. The platform was towed at approximately 3 meters depth, and between stations, it sank to around 10 meters due to strong tidal currents, resulting in a sawtooth tow pattern. The CTD data were combined with GPS information and processed into a CSV file.
