The observation on Ring Nebula (M57) mainly studied its circumnuclear structure. The signal noise process is identified to be in the range of 8.2 - 36.9 K. The thermonuclear reaction caused a globular shockwave in the observation, and similar structure of black & white hole seed collision is observed as the ring (singularity). However, even with the polarized ring, exotic metal-insulator creation is not expected without the black hole being charged. With the circumnuclear spin of the ring, the black hole type therein is identified as a Kerr. The thermal process of reionization from around -10 K to positive temperature with eruption noises suggest minor collision could have occurred around the temperature of 0 K. The effect of the ring from the eruption is implies that lower temperatures persist in the undetected region of the structure.
