Analytical tools to measure cilia synchronization by Ringers et al

This dataset contains most data and their associated codes necessary to produce the figures containing original data in the paper "Novel analytical tools reveal that local synchronization of cilia coincides with tissue-scale metachronal waves in zebrafish multiciliated epithelia." (DOI: 10.7554/eLife.77701).
The dataset is organized per figure, and the DataWhere.txt file contains a short description of where to find the data, the code, and how to reproduce the figures.
