资源简介:
Abstract: Individuals who self-identify as transgender have traditionally faced stigmatisation, indifference, and exclusion from mainstream societal structures. Individuals who have difficulty in ascertaining their gender are subjected to the denial of fundamental human rights and encounter unjust treatment within societal contexts. Individuals who do not conform to traditional male or female gender identities have encountered a range of obstacles throughout history. The degree of societal acceptance, social standing, and role within communities has shown significant variation across different geographical regions and cultural contexts. Individuals who are marginalised by society have difficulties in accessing educational opportunities and securing stable careers. Moreover, the associated stigma may further exacerbate their challenges, potentially leading to a loss of their capacity to lead a life characterised by dignity. A number of transgender individuals have successfully overcome challenging circumstances and have made noteworthy contributions to their respective communities, so acting as exemplars for others. The settlers encountered significant obstacles in their efforts to create enduring colonies in that region; yet, they eventually achieved total self-reliance. Individuals of this kind attain the status of role models due to the profound influence they have had on society within their respective areas of specialisation. This research aims to use contemporary analysis in order to bring focus to and evaluate the government- mandated rights and provisions for this particular demographic.
