Gut microbiome profile worker forager bees of Apis florea, Apis, dorsata, Apis cerana indica and Apis mellifera were collected and guts of the bees dissected and pooled together to isolate the total DNA. The gut microbiome was sequenced by 16S V3-V4 regions Illumina Sequencing.
