Sequence alignments as context for phylogenetic placement of the barnacle Rehderella

These data are used in analysis to show the overall placement of Rehderella belyaevi in the phylogeny of chthamalid barnacles. Here I present alignments of new 18S sequence data for R. belyaevi with available NCBI data for the same region in other chthamalids; new 16S sequence data for R. belyaevi and Jehlius cirratus with available NCBI data for the same region in other chthamalids; and new mitochondrial COI data for Rehderella belyaevi from three locations in the South Pacific.
