The information in these volumes includes the name, sex and age of the patient, details of the disease/injury and the operation performed, the date and time, and the signature of the surgeon.Prior to transfer to Public Record Office Victoria, the records in this series were maintained as part of the Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) Archives. They were part of RCH accession number 1996/001.
