Simulation results for manuscript: "Future Climate Impacts on Carbon Sequestration Dynamics Across Urban Ecosystem Types in Finnish Cities". JSBACH model daily output for years 2006-2100. Meteorological forcing from CanESM2, MIROC_5 and CNMR_CM5 climate models.   Variables in the data:  Variable Description Date The calendar date of the model simulations (YYYY-MM-DD). Year Calendar year Days Days since simulation start  (1871-1-1) Month Calendar month  City The city identifier.  Habitat Identifier for urban habitat. The names used in model correspond to urban habitats in the manuscript as follows: grass =  lawn, grass_i = irrigated lawn, meadow_m= mesic meadow, meadow_d = dry meadow, birch = forest, lime = Park and lime_i = irrigated park.  Model The climate model used for the meteorological forcing of JSBACH.  CanESM2, MIROC5 and CNMRCM5. Gpp_45 Gross Primary Productivity under the RCP4.5 scenario (g CO2 m⁻² day⁻¹). GPP represents the total amount of carbon dioxide fixed by plants through photosynthesis. Re_45 Ecosystem Respiration under the RCP4.5 scenario (g CO2 m⁻² day⁻¹). Represents the total CO₂ released by the ecosystem through respiration. Nee_45 Net Ecosystem Exchange under the RCP4.5 scenario (g CO2 m⁻² day⁻¹). NEP is the difference between GPP and TER, indicating whether the ecosystem is a net source or sink of CO₂. Precip_45 Precipitation under the RCP4.5 scenario (mm). Temp_45 2 meter air temperature under the RCP4.5 scenario (°C). Swdown_acc_45 Accumulated downward shortwave radiation under the RCP4.5 scenario (W m⁻²). Represents the total solar energy reaching the surface. Gpp_85 Gross Primary Productivity under the RCP8.5 scenario (g C m⁻² day⁻¹). Re_85 Ecosystem Respiration under the RCP8.5 scenario (g C m⁻² day⁻¹). Nee_85 Net Ecosystem Exchange under the RCP8.5 scenario (g C m⁻² day⁻¹). Precip_85 Precipitation under the RCP8.5 scenario (mm). Temp_85 2 meter air temperature under the RCP8.5 scenario (°C).
