NRS-9045 | Registers of gazetted annual leases [Moree Lands Office]

These registers contain a summary record of all approved Annual Leases in the Land District of Moree, kept by the Moree Lands Office.Once an application for an Annual Lease had been approved and the notice published in the NSW Government Gazette, the Crown Land Agent would record the Lease information in these registers. Each entry was arranged according to the Annual Lease (AL) number published in the Gazette. The registers were then used to record all payments of rent.These registers record information such as the name and address of leasee or transferee, date of transfer and date of letter intimating registration at Lands Department, date of commencement of Lease, date of Gazette, Parish, County, date of forfeiture, annual rent, date and amount of payments made, fines on late payments, and any refunds authorised.

本登记册由莫里土地办公室（Moree Lands Office）保管，完整收录莫里土地管辖区内所有获批年度租赁（Annual Leases）的汇总记录。当年度租赁申请获批且公告刊登于新南威尔士州政府公报（NSW Government Gazette）后，王室土地代理人会将该租赁的相关信息录入本登记册。每条记录均按照公报刊载的年度租赁（AL）编号进行编排，后续该登记册将用于记录所有租金缴纳情况。本登记册涵盖的登记信息包括：承租人或受让人的姓名与住址、转让日期、告知土地部门完成登记的函件日期、租赁起始日期、公报刊载日期、教区（Parish）、郡（County）、租赁失效日期、年租金金额、缴款日期与金额、逾期缴款罚金以及获批退款。
