Hiring of business school graduates 2021-2022, by degree type

In 2022, 91 percent of surveyed employers hired MBA candidates, the same as the previous year. In comparison, the hiring of all other business school graduates declined slightly from 2021 to 2022. However, hiring among experienced industry candidates increased, from 86 percent to 88 percent.
