Mus musculus single-nucleus transcriptome sequencing

Single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) of liver tumors and adjacent non-tumorous tissues in Arid1a liver-specific knockout mice (Arid1a LKO). The samples were induced with aristolochic acid I (3 times at a concentration of 5mg/kg since 14 days old, numbered "SH", 8-mouths-old mice). Libraries were prepared following the 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell 3' v3 kit and generated 150 bp paired reads with the manufacturer protocol. Reads were then sequenced by HiSeq 4000 platform (Novogene, Beijing, China) with an average depth > 50,000 reads per cell.
