Microscope: Caltech Polara Acquisition Software: UCSFTomo Upload Method: pipeline Processing Software Used: Raptor Collaborators and Roles: H.pylori prepared by Lee Rettberg Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: H.pylori cells grown in BLBB + 10% heat inactivated fetal bovine serum at 37 degrees in microaerobic chamber with GasPak EZ Campy Sachets for 2 days, OD600=0.4AGS cells cultivated on QF Au finder grid for 2 day in DMEM + 10% FBS. Infect by pylori for 6 hr. Sample Preparation: Vitrobot settings: 100% humidity, 37 C, 3µl BSA treated gold (1 ml gold resuspent in 30 ul). Manual blot by Whatman 40 filter paper. 纯化、培养条件与处理方式：幽门螺杆菌细胞接种于添加10%热灭活胎牛血清的BLBB培养基中，于37℃微氧环境下，使用GasPak EZ Campy产气袋培养2天，菌液OD600值为0.4；AGS细胞接种于QF Au定位载网上，在添加10%胎牛血清的DMEM培养基中培养2天，随后用幽门螺杆菌感染6小时
样品制备：Vitrobot自动冷冻制样系统参数：湿度100%，温度37℃；取3μl经牛血清白蛋白（BSA）处理的金悬液（1ml金颗粒重悬于30μl体系中），使用Whatman 40号滤纸手动吸干，采用乙烷/丙烷混合液进行快速冷冻
