RNA sequencing of TER cells isolated from the spleen of Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV)-infected mice

TER cells(CD45-CD71+Ter119+) were isolated from the spleens of JEV-infected mice using MoFlo cell sorting. Total RNA was extracted from these cells using the TRIzol Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Two pools per genotype were created for bulk RNA sequencing.
