Original Western blot data for the Calypso/Asx complex study

This dataset provides the complete collection of raw, unprocessed Western blot images generated in the study investigating the biochemical activities of the Calypso/Asx dimer and its role in deubiquitinating H2AK119ub1 on nucleosome substrates. All files are original image data without cropping, contrast adjustments, or any other form of post-acquisition processing.
The dataset includes:
Western blots used to evaluate H2A-K119Ub deubiquitination by the Calypso/Asx dimer on mononucleosomes and 4×NCP arrays.
Comparative assays performed on 4×NCP arrays containing 20 bp and 40 bp linker DNA, used to assess the chromatin “spreading” model proposed in the study.
Experiments involving wild-type and (if applicable) mutant versions of Calypso. All independent experimental replicates corresponding to the biochemical figures in the manuscript. Each raw image is named to clearly indicate the protein target, reaction condition, replicate number, and the specific figure or panel in the manuscript to which it corresponds, ensuring full transparency and traceability of the data.
