This project aims to perform the WGS of carbapenem and / or polymyxin-resistant Gram-negative bacilli, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and / or vancomycin and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus recovered from different References Laboratories (LACEN) for the surveillance and monitoring of the spread of microbial resistance in health services, in order to meet the needs of the SUS.
