本数据对各类型茶叶的销售情况进行分析计算,可以体现茶叶在本地区的受欢迎程度,帮助同行企业合理安排生产计划,调整营销策略,对受欢迎程度高的茶叶加大宣传力度,制定针对性的产品套餐,及优惠方式。帮助有意向进入本行业的投资者了解市场情况,做出投资决断。1、数据统计:筛选2023年5月至2024年7月各类茶叶在浙江地区每一次成交的明细,包括时间、商品类型、单价、销售额等,通过各类型茶叶每一次成交的销售额来分析该类型茶叶的受欢迎程度;2、数据分析:对采集到的数据以商品类型为维度,进行分类、累加,便于分析,通过SUMIFS函数对相同类型商品销售额求和得到同类商品销售总额;通过SUM函数将数据统计范围内销售额求和得到总销售额;3、同类商品销售总额占总销售额的占比=同类商品销售总额/总销售额*100%;4、占比排名按同类商品销售总额占总销售额的占比从大到小进行排名;5、根据占比排名,对各类商品进行需求程度的评价,定义占比排名前5名的产品需求程度为“高”,第6-10名的产品需求程度为“偏高”,第11-20名的产品需求程度为“中”,第21-30名的产品需求程度为“偏低”,第31名及以后的产品需求程度为“低”。
This dataset analyzes and calculates the sales performance of various tea types, which can reflect the popularity of tea in this region. It helps peer enterprises reasonably arrange production plans, adjust marketing strategies, increase promotional efforts for highly popular teas, and develop targeted product packages and preferential measures. It also assists investors intending to enter this industry in gaining insights into the market situation and making investment decisions.
1. Data Statistics: Filter detailed transaction records of each sale of various tea types in the Zhejiang region from May 2023 to July 2024, including transaction time, product category, unit price, sales amount, etc. The popularity of each tea type is analyzed based on the sales amount of each of its transactions.
2. Data Analysis: Classify and accumulate the collected data with product category as the dimension to facilitate analysis. Calculate the total sales of the same product category via the SUMIFS function, and calculate the overall total sales within the statistical scope via the SUM function.
3. Proportion of a tea type's total sales in the overall total sales = (Total sales of the same product category / Overall total sales) * 100%
4. Proportion ranking: Sort all tea types in descending order based on their proportion of total sales.
5. Demand level evaluation: Based on the proportion ranking, evaluate the demand level of each tea product category. Define the top 5 ranked products as "high", products ranked 6th to 10th as "relatively high", those ranked 11th to 20th as "medium", those ranked 21st to 30th as "relatively low", and those ranked 31st and above as "low".
