PABP 2 is a RNA Binding Protein majorly enriched in planarian neoblast. To understand the effect of PABP2 at regulating commitment towards various cell lineages we performed RNA sequencing. Samples were collected from 0 and 3 days post amputation worms from anterior regenerating blastema (AB) and posterior regenerating blastema (PB) separately from PABP2 RNAi and GFP RNAi (control) worms.
