This table gives a 12-pair set of effective oscillator strengths  upper row, and transition energies  in atomic units, lower row, for perpendicular transitions in the hydrogen molecular ion. For each value of R, the oscillator strength sum is given in the last column. Numbers in parentheses represent powers of ten. The table is similar to Table 2 of Effective oscillator strengths and transition energies for the hydrogen molecular ion, James F. Babb, Molecular Physics (1994), 81, 17--29, http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/00268979400100021, where 6-pair values were given. See that paper for additional definitions and a description of the methodology and applications. A new application is to scattering theory. See Mark C. Zammit, Dmitry V. Fursa, and Igor Bray, Physical Review A (2014) 90, 022711,  http://dx.doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevA.90.022711 where in Table II some values are calculated and compared for use in calculations of electron scattering from the hydrogen molecular ion.
