Processed CosMx spatial transcriptomics data from paired lymph node and bone marrow specimens

This dataset contains a processed Seurat object derived from CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager profiling of paired lymph node and bone marrow specimens from a patient with Follicular lymphoma. Spatial transcriptomic profiling was performed using the 6,000-gene human panel. Cells passing the manufacturer’s quality-control criteria were retained, with additional filtering to exclude cells with fewer than 100 transcript counts, fewer than 20 detected genes, or a negative-probe proportion of 10% or greater. The processed object includes normalized gene-expression data, dimensionality reduction, clustering results, spatial coordinates, tissue annotations, and available cell-type annotations used for downstream analyses of tumor-cell heterogeneity and spatial cellular niches. The complete CosMx run included samples from multiple projects; therefore, this record contains only the processed Seurat object corresponding to the lymph node and bone marrow case analyzed in the associated study.
