SMEX02: High Plains Climate Network Data. Version 1.0

This data set contains hourly resolution surface meteorological data from the High Plains Climate Network (HPCN). The HPCN includes data from a number of state agricultural networks in the High Plains region (a total of 136 stations). Times are reported in local standard time, and offsets to UTC are in section 2.2, with other station information. This data set covers the period from 1 June 2002 to July 2002. The data are in columnar ASCII format.

本数据集包含源自高平原气候网（High Plains Climate Network, HPCN）的逐小时分辨率地面气象观测数据。该气候网涵盖高平原区域内多套州级农业观测网络的数据，共计136个观测站点。观测时间采用本地标准时，与协调世界时（UTC）的时差信息及其他站点详情详见2.2章节。本数据集的时间覆盖范围为2002年6月1日至2002年7月。数据采用柱状ASCII格式存储。
