Research Data supporting "Tracing trajectories: the early career destinations of University of Cambridge postdocs"

This is an anonymised version of the dataset from the 'Celebrating Postdoctoral Destinations' project run by the University of Cambridge Careers Service. The data here are from a Qualtrics survey run in 2024 concerning the career destinations of researchers who completed a postdoctoral contract at Cambridge between 2019-2014. Here there is information on the Cambridge school the postdocs were affiliated with and some details of their first and (for some) second positions (e.g. broad sector they were working in). It also has information on how many postdocs they undertook at Cambridge, their gender (if male or female) and how frequently they were using certain skills in their subsequent positions. Identifying information: names and additional demographic data have been removed for anonymity.
