using in-silico PCR, 2,161 genomes from<em> </em>the <em>Pseudomonas syringae</em> species complex were amplified using 16 established PCR primer sets, allowing one mismatch per primer. Each file here contains amplicons generated from a single primer set, with each amplicon sequence named with the GenBank accession number for the associated genome.
