We developed the array of single-cell-analysis-units which extract the cytoplasm using syringe pumps, to hand out the extract to RNA-seq analysis. We analyzed single cells positioned on the micro pore of the planar patch clamp chip by suction through the micro pore. The transcriptome profiles of single HEK293T cells expressing EGFP were analyzed using next-generation sequencing (NGS).
