Access APIHistorical Imagery 2005Current and historic imagery form an important part of the NSW Foundation Spatial Data Framework and provide a valuable resource which is widely accessed by government and the broader community on a daily basis. As the completeness of this data base continues, its market demand also increases across a broad range of applications.Spatial Services aerial imagery was originally captured using a variety of cameras including the Wild RC-5, RC-10 and Leica RC-30 cameras with a variety of lenses with focal lengths of 88mm, 153mm and 304mm. Images were captured in monochrome or colour during this period at a range of scales. Capture scales ranged from 1:5 000 to 1:80 000.The Historical Air Photo Enhancement program (HAPE) not only allows the capability to search, discover and use source imagery, but also provides the delivery and viewing of enhanced historic rectified imagery mosaics. ## API历史影像（2005年）访问说明
当前与历史影像均为新南威尔士州（New South Wales, NSW）基础空间数据框架（Foundation Spatial Data Framework, FSDF）的重要组成部分，作为宝贵资源每日被政府及广大社会公众广泛使用。随着该数据库的持续完善，其在多类应用场景中的市场需求也不断增长。

Spatial Services航空影像最初采用多款相机拍摄，包括Wild RC-5、RC-10及Leica RC-30相机，搭配焦距为88mm、153mm与304mm的各类镜头。该阶段拍摄的影像包含黑白与彩色两种制式，拍摄比例尺覆盖1:5000至1:80000区间。

航空历史照片增强项目（Historical Air Photo Enhancement Program, HAPE）不仅支持源影像的检索、发现与使用，还可提供增强型历史校正影像镶嵌图的交付与浏览服务。这一全新功能使社会大众能够获取并使用空间精度达标的历史影像，途径如下：
1. 通过历史影像浏览器访问
2. 直接在各类GIS制图应用中以Web地图切片服务（Web Map Tile Service, WMTS）调用，操作说明详见下文
3. 直接订购JPEG 2000（JP2）格式镶嵌图并本地使用。请通过客户中心（Customer Hub）联系我方。

## 在ArcMap或ArcPro中调用WMTS
1. 打开目录窗口
2. 依次点击「目录」>「GIS服务器」>「添加WMTS服务器」
3. 输入以下URL：https://portal.spatial.nsw.gov.au/tileservices/Hosted/HistoricalImagery1966/MapServer/WMTS
4. 点击「获取图层」>「确定」
5. 在目录菜单的WMTS节点下，双击HAPE图层
6. 将HAPE图层拖拽至地图画布中
