Processed Acoustic Backscatter and Swath Bathymetry Data from the Izu-Bonin-Mariana Arc Mariana Volcanic Arc Volcanic acquired during R/V Falkor expedition FK151121 (2015)

This data set was acquired with a Kongsberg Maritime EM302 Multibeam Sonar during R/V Falkor expedition FK151121 conducted in 2015 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Joseph Resing). These data files are of MBSystem-compatible format and include Acoustic Backscatter and Swath Bathymetry data that were processed after acquisition. This data was quality controlled by Mollie Celnick of the MGDS Team for inclusion in the Global Multi-Resolution Topography (GMRT) Synthesis (version 3.4). Ship time was provided by Schmidt Ocean Institute and additional funding was provided by: NOAA-OER-2016-003.
